Spa services are among the fastest growing segment of the massage business. Exfoliating scrubs and facials not only cleanse and soften the skin, they also draw out impurities from within. These rituals, when administered by skilled and sensitive therapists can also be relaxing and soothing. If you are involved in the health and beauty industry this is a must have. No wet room or shower facilities are required.
This step-by-step, 30 minute instructional DVD has four chapters that introduce and guide you through these spa treatments: a foot exfoliation, a hand exfoliation and a simple facial. Easy-to-learn instructions on how to implement these treatments include the following:

For centuries, people have bathed in the mineral-rich seas of the world to help promote good health and beautiful skin. Ancient records show that people traveled many miles to bathe in salt waters such as the Dead Sea, the Black Sea, the Red Sea, the Blue Lagoon and the famous mineral springs around the world.
Mineral-rich, salty waters have been know to help alleviate even the most severe cases of dry skin disorders.
Likewise, using salt in an exfoliating scrub can help to hydrate the skin, increase moisture retention, promote cellular regeneration, help detoxify the skin, and help heal dry, scaling, irritated skin. Fine grain salts are wonderful for use in making exfoliating body and foot scrubs. Experiment by mixing fine grain salts with your choice of vegetable oils (fractionated coconut oil works well), herbs, clays and no more than 1% essential oil for fragrance and additional therapeutic benefit. Do not use salt scrubs on the face. Naturally harvested sea salts are usually hand cleaned when packaged however, they may still contain small particles of seaweed, sand, shell and other beach particles.

"When we thought about creating some instructional programs, the idea was, “what don’t we want to do? What don’t we like about instructional DVDs?” We’re busy too; we realize that time is money so we’ve tried to make what we do as simple and easy to duplicate as possible. We tell you what products to use and how to use them. We show you how to prepare your workspace, how to handle your client and how to deal with the mud and scrubs. It doesn’t have to be messy or complicated because we guide you step by step through the process. You want to learn it, and you want to do it. And you want it to be simple." - Jane Irving
