Welcome to the ancient healing massage of Hawaii. “Lomi Lomi” means to break up into small pieces, and one of the intentions of this massage DVD is to teach technique to find congested areas of the body and disperse them through rhythmic movements. Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage - Level One with Tamara Mondragon and Julie Stowell
This video teaches you the basic techniques of the art of Lomi Lomi massage, including the four basic strokes. You will learn a full body Hawaiian massage, with Julie Stowell instructing and Tamara Mondragon narrating. The Lomi Lomi technique focuses on finding congested areas in the body and dispersing them, by moving the palms, thumbs, knuckles and forearms in rhythmic, dance-like motions. Learn more

Lomi Lomi Massage Instructor Tamara Mondragon has created three Hawaiian LOMI LOMI Massage instructional programs: Level One, Level Two and Level Three.
On the first Level One program, Instructors Julie Stowell and Tamara Mondragon offer basic instruction, ideal for Lomi Lomi massage beginners. Tamara and Julie combine over 30 years of experience as Lomi Lomi therapists. Both studied with Aunty Margaret Machado on the Big Island of Hawaii.
On the second Level Two Lomi Lomi program, Tamara is assisted by her son Matthew Conlan, who demonstrates the Lomi Lomi techniques.
On the third Lomi Lomi programm Level Three, she is assisted by Lomi Lomi therapist Ken Ng and Lomi Lomi apprentice Christina Hagen. Tamara has shared Lomi Lomi style massage with people from all walks of life, including the L.A. Raiders football team. Tamara, Ken and Christina are grateful to their gifted and talented teacher Aunty Margaret Machado and they continue to spread her tried, true and effective techniques to massage professionals worldwide
