WEBSITE ORDERS

We use a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) shopping cart software Shopsite. Our Shopsite catalog/store is hosted on a top-of-the line, high speed, secure web server where your personal info is encrypted before it is sent to us over the internet. On the "Finalize Order" page, after our web server receives it, only then is it decrypted and acted upon. Phone AT PEACE MEDIA at 800-575-7715.  If you call between  9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST, you'll probably speak directly with a friendly sales rep who will happily answer any questions and take your order.   You can call this line 24 hours a day and leave a phone message with your contact information and when to best reach you.  Or go to Customer Service and send us an email with your questions.

What forms of payment do you accept for online orders?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as payment options for orders place on our website. NEW! At Peace Media website customers may now pay for their orders with Pay Pal.

Do you take checks?
Yes, we accept personal checks for mail-in orders.  You can also mail in your order and pay via credit card too. Choose what works best for you. If you feel more comfortable mailing us your product order along with a check,  here's what we recommend:

1. Download and print out our Order From.

2. Put whatever products you wish to purchase in your online Shopping Cart.  
Select your tax and shipping options. The Shopping Cart will calculate your
total and will show you the SKU product number of each item that you want. 
Fill in your Order Form with the same information that you see in your online Shopping Cart.  

3. Put your completed Order Form and check  or credit card information in a sealed envelope and mail it to:

Please include complete contact information. Orders paid via check take a few more business days to process before shipping.  

Do you accept COD orders?
Unfortunately we do not.

How long will it take for me to receive my order from you?
In general, we pack up and ship out all orders from our main offices here in Connecticut within a few days of receiving them. We send our orders via US mail. Depending upon where you live, you will receive your At Peace order within 7-10 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and overseas orders take longer.

Do you share or release any of my personal contact information?
No, we do not divulge any customer information with any third parties. We maintain a customer database so that we can inform you about new At Peace Media products, special offers, and information. If you do not wish to be on our mailing list, please email: info@atpeacemedia.com and put unsubscribe in the subject line along with your name and address in the body copy of the email.

How much will I pay for shipping and handling?
Your shipping and handling charge will vary from $5 to $10, depending upon the dollar value of your order. If a particular product requires a special shipping charge, such as the CC Flow, we indicate what the shipping charge will be on the product page.

How do I track my order?
When you finalize your online order, please print out a copy of your receipt for reference. We will also send an order notification to the email address you supply to us. This email order notification will include your customer order number. If you have any questions after you have placed your online order, feel free to email us: info@atpeacemedia.com anytime and we'll get back to you with a response. Please include your customer order number in any communication with us.

You can also contact us by phone at 800-575-7715 with questions about your order. If you don't reach us in person between 8am and 8pm EST, Monday - Friday, please leave a message along with your customer order number and contact information including your email address.

There is no need to worry. Your information will never be disclosed to third parties, and the only e-mails you will ever receive will be from us.

I placed items in my cart. What will my final total be?
If your order totals $100 or over, there will be no shipping/handling charges. Yes, that’s right, we do not charge you s/h for orders of $100 or over, on orders placed on our website. The only exception to this is the CC Flow. It’s our way of thanking you for shopping directly with At Peace Media. See Freebies for more special offers. If your order is under $100, s/h costs will vary depending upon the dollar amount spent. See Shipping Rates for the exact amount that will be added to your product order.

I have a promotion code for a special offer. Where do I use this to lower my total?
After you've made your selection, type your PROMO CODE into the Promo Code box on your order form and click Recalculate.

At what point in the checkout process is my order final and my credit card charged?
After you have selected your items, filled out the billing and shipping info, selected your payment method and clicked on Submit the Order.

We generally ship by USPS Priority Mail. You can expect delivery to your address in 6-10 business days. Please see the chart below for the charges which include both handling and shipping charges.

Standard S/H charges apply to deliveries within the 48 contiguous US states. Unfortunately, we must charge $8 or more for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and international orders as indicated in the OTHER column below.
