Stone massage therapy is the most relaxing massage a person can get, and for a therapist it is also an excellent therapeutic tool – when performed correctly. Why? The heat of the stones warms the muscle deep to the bone creating the deepest relaxation. Using hot stones combined with massage allows therapists to work more deeply without discomfort to the client.
