Video is a wonderful way to learn and quickly increase your massage knowledge, skills and techniques. However, it's not always easy to find reliable educational content about massage therapy and wellness on the internet.

1. Massage Therapy Foundation

You should check out "Research Perch," a new video series on the research from IJTMB. MTF invites research experts on the show to discuss the most current, evidence-based research and case reports in the field of massage therapy.

2. American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA)

AMTA’s YouTube channel has dozens of video uploads and they keep their channel fairly current.

3. Massage Nerd

Massage Nerd has a few very good playlists, so you can watch a series of videos on a subject, like “Getting Started with Massage Therapy."

4. MindBody Green

This channel offers quick, fun videos on a variety of wellness topics.

5. Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP)

6. Massamio

You can learn more about using Massamio's full suite of features through their product demo videos, as well as watch massage therapist testimonials.
